Executive coaching is client-driven consultative coaching. The coaching agenda will be determined by the executive and the coach. Candidates include the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Presidents, Vice-presidents, General Managers, and major Department Managers.
RCG’s Executive Coaching Program is a one-on-one, confidential development process that enhances an executive’s ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced environment.
The program includes an assessment of a client’s management style and the creation of a personalized development program supported by long-term coaching.
Over a period ranging from 6 months to two years, the Executive Coaching Program will include the following elements:
- Individual one-on-one coaching
- Profiling
- 360-degree feedback
- Individual development plan
- Telephone and e-mail coaching
