People with high levels of personal mastery cannot afford to choose between reason and intuition, or head and heart, any more than they would choose to walk on one leg or see with one eye.

Success, with all its rewards, can sometimes compete with your personal quality of life. And the demands of leading an organization or building your own business can make it difficult to feel satisfied and invigorated.
This program will help deepen your self-knowledge, enhance your leadership abilities, and help you achieve a more satisfying quality of life. The Executive Quality of Life Program applies the power of coaching to focus your mind, emotions, and actions on greater satisfaction and success.
Program Summary:
- The program has two phases, and involves six to nine months of coaching, depending on your needs.
- Coaching can be delivered in person or by phone, depending on your location.
- This program can be adjusted to meet your needs. For an additional investment, the coach can travel to your location, or alter the length and focus of the program.
Phase 1: Assessing Your Personal Foundation
In this phase, you will gain a better understanding of who you are, what you need, what you enjoy, what you’re putting up with, and where you want to go. Then we work together to set goals to create a more satisfying and successful life. This understanding and planning is reached through a variety of assessments, interview techniques, and “coaching dialogues.”
Examples of questions that we will explore include:
- Do you need a “Mental Wellness tune up”?
- How effective are you at managing stress to prevent burnout?
- What are you tolerating? What is zapping your energy?
- What do you want out of the next chapter of your life?
- What additional goals do you want to achieve in your career and/or your personal life?
- What are your natural talents, and are you using them?
- What are your key emotional & psychological needs, and are they being met?
- Does your business or career express your values?
- Do any of your personal or professional relationships need a “tune up?”
- What do you want to change about yourself to enhance your quality of life?
- How well are you balancing work and family?
- What makes your life meaningful, passionate, and satisfying?
Phase 2: Enhancing Your Quality of Life
Equipped with greater self-knowledge and a plan, we then work together to enhance one or more aspects of your life. Examples of goals include:
- Improving your “Mental Wellness”—how you think about adversity or stress.
- Enhancing your leadership style to get better results and reduce frustration.
- Making adjustments or major changes in your career to achieve a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.
- Improving some aspect of your people skills.
- Learning more effective and practical stress reduction skills.
- Increasing personal resilience for dealing with change.
- Having more fun.
- Changing habits that compromise your health.
- Improving a personal relationship and/or a professional partnership.
