Professional Experience:
Mark has been a management consultant and executive coach for over twenty years, working with dozens of industrial companies in strategic planning, organization redesign, leadership development, and coaching.
He has led a number of organizational redesign efforts, creating team-based structures, reengineering processes, coaching managers, and training teams to make the transition. He works at all levels of the organization, from senior management to the front-line workers, creating high-engagement, high-performance organizations. His consulting work includes:
