Professional Experience:
Sarah brings over 25 years experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Administration. She has helped a variety of businesses develop HR systems and programs that promote employee engagement and business growth. Before joining RCG, Sarah was President of Management Fundamentals Inc., specializing in helping new high-tech companies grow their business.
Sarah works at all levels of the organization, from the Board to the floor, helping clients with career planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, software, entrepreneurial, and privately held companies.
Prior to consulting, Sarah served in leadership positions with several companies in the Triangle area. As VP and General Manager of Triangle Laboratories, she was responsible for management of environmental and pharmaceutical laboratories. As Director of Administration of Dancik International, she was involved in sales and marketing, operations, quality assurance and administration. As President of The Zephyr Group of NC, she worked with companies to develop HR systems to maximize employee potential.
Community Involvement:
Sarah has been active in community service throughout her career. She served on Governor Hunt’s Work Force Preparedness Commission, the Triangle Partnership Teacher Institute Committee, and has been a board member with REAL Enterprises and Life Experiences.
